Hi Neil let us know how you get on with the call back. I'm sure there must also be someone on here who lives around Gloucester who could give you a second opinion. If I was any closer I would take a look myself.

 

It could be a number of poorly executed parts to the job, poor latex not sanded down and filled, blobs of glue balled up and allowed to go off creating a bump that can't be flattened. Best thing is ask the fitter to come back and take a look, so you can voice your conserns and what your not happy with, there is no excuse for poor workmanship.
