Steps

Got a job to price up in a bedroom in camaro

Going to use quantum nosing to the steps and looking for ideas for the end.
What stringer to use or maybe some 1x1 square angle edge
Going to ply top part, steps already plyed.

Not used stringers for years so not sure what will work.

They want a either silver to match the nosing or a dark brown.

 

Quickstep do a stick on edging to match the floor. Find one that's close to the Camaro and use that.
Alternatively use some iron on worktop edging

 

Do you mean like a flat trim?

That won't work Pete. As you will see the side of the nosing and plywood

 

Can`t you use Quantum pre welded corners.
They will have a profile, to suit the front edge of the nosing.

It will look a bit commercial, but will fit in with the nosing.

 

Yeah they would work. Will dig my quantum samples out and show they. Did they used to do they in Hard PVC

Do they do the range of colours in the plastic mate. It don't say in book

 

As far as I know, only black, but I could be wrong. Worth a call to them anyway.
They just made me a 7m curve, and it fitted !!

Probably be able to mitre corners and fit flooring to the edge.
