I have to do a estimate on an old cottage it has quarry tiled floor throughout , it's rented and they want hard flooring , laminate was suggested by the client and some one is estimating on what looks like a lock lvt ( from sample he had )
I doubt there is a Dpm underneath the subfloor and one of the rooms leads to an outside pool , obviously cost will come in to it as it's quite a large area probably about 100 Sqm .......any suggestions , quite a tricky one !!

    Okay cheers
What would u expect to charge for fitting it ?
Trouble is with this job is a holiday rent so its gonna get cold and have temperature changes when no ones in there which makes me nervous with LVT type flooring ,and I presume there would be movement on the jumpax too ?

I can only comment on Gerflor Creation Click, as that`s the only one I have fitted. It`s a excellent looking product, and can be laid over damp floors, but still requires an expansion gap.
It`s also expensive, so not sure it will be of any benefit to you on this one.

I use scotia, as I leave 10mm, and cut the frames out.
