Hi new to the forum been fitting a lot of polyclad from the start of the year in a care home but the adhesive were using is taking ages to go off on the back of the sheet! Even after it's been rolled we've tried 2 adhesives F46 and Eurocol 640 just wondering if anyone knows of a better adhesive cheers

whatever adhesive you use it will take a while to tack up because the sheet is impervious. You need to have room temp right and get some fans on the sheet once spread , gets it off in no time.

The jobs still a building site but we've got 2 big gas space heaters blowing into the room at all times it takes around 45 mins to go tacky just wondered if there was any adhesive that would speed it up a little.

Gas heaters may be making it too hot!

Don't gas heaters produce wet heat aswell? Try adhesing the night before if possible.

Use Flexyfix. It is perfect for the job, fast curing and very strong. It's already being used with a number of cladding systems both here and in Ireland

I think Polyclad is vinyl. Not the whiterock style boards.

Yes mate, I seem to remember it being a nightmare. I think we primed the walls, then used a Tremco adhesive.
There were another 50 to do, which I swerved, and all of them fell off lol
Are you using the tri mitre system ?

Yes we're priming the walls and no mate were not doing the ceilings for some reason there just putting a thick bead of silicone around the top we've had a filler fall off that we didn't let the glue go off enough was on the floor the next morning haha
