How did you get on with that ? did you do the job ?

 

No mate he nearly had a heart attack when I give him the price for the Gerflor. He was looking at alternatives. Some people want something for nothing.

 

lol they are expensive, depending on what rate Gerflor think you should have them for.

 

Got around the price we talked about from Pennine Flooring on contract price. Did add to much on but the job including labour came to about £8000.

 

I was back at that job today, and its nearly complete. Got some pics of the finished floor.





While we were there, Elliss did some pest control

 

Builders screed, well plasterer did it as he's been screeding for years.
