I asked that question a few months back over PM. The answer was the same as such by most. The answer was that they felt "not good enough" or "full of know hows" etc I basically take that as " they feel they are out of there league on here or simply dont want to reply in case they are wrong" In simple terms , you lot (regular lads) are simply to knowledgeable i think ? personally, well i dont understand it. If i had a forum around when i had poor knowledge i would of spent many hours reading and asking questions on a forum. Its a very easy way to learn. Guess its down to if you want to learn tho ???????
Its the easy option. Everthing is social media. Its a app always on your phone job done kind of thing.
I think the younger generation use Facebook all the time, trouble it kills forums like this ,im on an Mitsubishi early evo forum and Facebook has killed it , people dont seem to go on their much any more , including me now because there's nothing to look at
I used facebook the very first time when it started and for the reasons it was supposed to be used for. I caught up with some long distance family (which I never knew), old school pals and the slappers I was friendly with back in the day (which I may add wtf did you do to yourself) it was alright back then, nice and chilled....then they let these ****ing kids wreck it with ****ing stupid ****ing gay games and to self promote themselves as some ****ing gangstas talking **** and spreading their bloody disease. Who gives a toss what you had for dinner...or who or what you 'like' or what colour your turd was the night before the night you sneezed. Also I find it so clever to announce to the face**** community that you are off on your hols for a fortnight, hope you get ransacked by the jezza kyle cast for advertising your house is unoccupied. Aarrggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! I'm going back to friends reunited
A handful of knowledgable guys, same ones mostly that are on here. The rest are laughable. I'm happy they're on there as it keeps us guys WELL ahead of those. If it wasn't for them screwing up jobs, the decent fitters wouldn't be as busy.
