How can it be my fault. Did a bathroom refurb 2 years ago and they called me Saturday to say they have a leak under the sink. I left all the gunk in a bowl and said perhaps you should use an unblocker seeing that you don't put hair down the sink... RANT RANT.. :thumbs:thumbs
Some customers take the **** i have Customers are being a real pain in the arse at moment one phoned me because I laid a carpet 18 months ago to lounge south facing large bifold doors and they have a new sofa now that's smaller then there old one and they have a section of carpet where footstool used to be that is now a different colour than rest of room and was adamant it is my fault and I have to replace his carpet because the sun has bleached it
I'll honour things if it's just over a year, but a couple of years worth of usage and they think they shouldn't pay.. It took me 3 hours to take everything out carefully undo, clean, reseal, put back without cracking tiles or sink... Then silicone around everywhere as well... Grrr
We should be like car dealers, if the vehicle isn't properly maintained ie fluids oil top ect you can politely f*#k off. In our case proper maintenance ( in you case mifi bleach the odd time). In bornmouths case pulling the curtains in the full sun.
