Hardwax oil

    can you overcoat hardwax oil after 2-3 years like a normal oiled floor or do you have to sand it all off and recoat like you would with a lacquered floor?

    I've never had a problem screening and recoating Hardwax Oil, but you could always the manufactures cleaner first with the a buffer and a white pad just to see how much dirt you can pull off first.

    I recommend you give Osmo a call - I've found their technical department to be very helpful in the past.
