Got a unit last week with 2 mates. Going to have 3 businesses run from it for 1st few years. Thought I'd post pics as it gets done if anyone wants to see.

The way it will work is the rent split 3 ways.
My mate steve who owns a pub an does beer festivals wants storage an a workshop.
Gary ( inspired noise ) some of you might of heard of him wants a office and storage
Me with office, display area, storage.

Office will be getting build over the next few weeks.

Been a hard weekend so far filling sanding an painting. No way would I want to be a painter

Painting all done over the Easter hols. Defo will get someone in next time. The rubbing down and coats of filler an paint takes to long.
