It wouldn't be right if I didn't share this supplement with y'all.

A few weeks ago I was seriously worried I'd need to quit this flooring game due to long term pain in my knees and ligaments. A friend suggested glucosamine which is a supplement popular for arthritus. It works by rebuilding cartilage. I'm been taking tablets for a month and the difference is immense. Pain is completely gone and I just feel so much fitter.

If you have knee probs they're deffo worth a try and you'll find them in most supermarkets.

Good to know, I've a ruptured cruciate ligament in my right knee, along with a grade 3 cartilage tear, will have to give that a try.

not bad advice, i've only been laying floors for 7 years and im 25 this summer, still long enough but nothing compared to some of the veterans on here :p i tend to really only get the sharp pain here and there, usually if im lying in bed i just get this sharp fast burst of pain then its gone. or the same with my back quick sharp pains at the bottom of my back and sides at the same time, weird like. anyone else had that?
