Alright South East people, anyone got an idea where I can get SP101 in Kent or if not, the next best thing? I can't seem to find any on t'internet or anywhere.
Thanks guys. I've got an account with Culpeck but I haven't seen it in the book. I'll check tomorrow. I don't do loads of plying and when I did do it for a shop the ply was supplied by my boss so I don't really know what's what but in your opinions which is the safest bet (least horror stories) if you can't get the SP101 ?
Thanks mate. I've just read another thread on this and realised that if it's not SP101 the general consensus is that Malaysian is the way to go.
CFS has pretty good ply, stay well away from KJC ply its only good for the chipper, and as it goes wickes ply is pretty good to be fair.
im on about their standard stuff, budgie cheap far eastern shite, had a whole pallet come in to site one time and couldnt use any of it it was so bad.
If you can get hold of it yeah, generally speaking the extra cost is minimal on a standard job and can be lost quite easily, your only talking a few quid more per sheet
