As Neil says dont bother with it. Its happened to most of us.
So you lay the vinyl, 3 months later it starts to lift and they're not going to be on the phone to you?? Yeah right. Tell them if they want the job doing properly then you'll do it, if not then wave goodbye

I walked away from a school 2 years ago. No DPM under all corridors. They wanted wood fx. I told the school they need a DPM sandwich the headteacher said it don't and I can screed over the 9x9 tiles. I then lifted a carpet tile an showed her the damp on the damp which said was due to the cleaner using a carpet cleaner.
    Lol I walked away.
It got done by someone and is all bubbling an loose I was tool by a mate who works for the council.

If you can't do it right don't risk doing shite.

Have a look at the new polyfl9r designtex. Can be laid loose over damp floors upto 90%

A disclaimer isn't worth anything in court...... Always follow the code of practice set by manufacturers which states clearly if rh is above 75% some Dpm is needed. A disclaimer will simply be thrown back at you by any judge as British standards are there to be followed
