Segments fit perfectly, looking forward to using them very very very soon

 

After today, trying to cut 8 x 4 sheets of cellotex in a small area and using a 4 metre straight edge I think I'm going to have one of those 8' specials too..

 

4m straight edge + angle grinder = 2.5 and 1.5 straight edge for both long and short edges

 

have you done this then??

 

no but it would work failing an angle grinder a metal blade in a chopsaw would work too

 

My mate did it to my 2m one, with a grinder.
So he get a section perfect for a doorway !

 

Sprung steel isn't the easiest to cut neatly.

 

Was that 3' doorways or 2'8"...

 

I have something that will cut it, I'll try and do it next week... I've only got a whole ground floor to grind...

 

Bringing this post back to life..... did anyone cut there straight edge down??? If so, was it easy?
