I've been busy putting together a promo video and it's my first attempt so would like some feedback. Please let me know what you think, and don't hold back - you can stand a bit of criticism if you have a wife like mine! Here's the link: Thanks Bob www.floorfixer.co.uk
Definite on the landline. Get a virtual one and direct it to your mobile Rejuvenate perhaps rather than like new or use both perhaps? Add some village halls or schools with court marking? (and get me to line them out for you) Lol Looks good though.
Can't add anything to the previous comments other than me saying it looks good as well. I think it will work well for you as an aid in gaining a job over a competitor - pictures speak a 1000 words
I have an 0800 number AND landline diverted to the mobile, and the customers STILL call the mobile. Do my own linemarking - thanks all the same mate. Bob www.floorfixer.co.uk
Thanks a lot - that's just what I wanted to hear. The reason I took so much trouble over doin it was because there are so may ameteur-looking video's out there and I think that could be a reflection on the work they produce.
Really good video Bob, very professional...the only thing i would say personally is to say 'almost like new' instead of 'like new' as somewhere along the line a customer will ask you why it isn't brand new, you know what some punters are like...
Thanks Gaz, that's just what I wanted to hear... customers will take everything you say 'literally' if it suits them. You have to be extremely careful when explaining about exactly what is on offer.
Couldn't agree more, it gets old when punters say 'you said you would do this or that' when you know damn well you have said no such thing, i like to think i'm really straight with people and give them the best advice i can, but its really annoying when they twist and distort what you have said you will do for them...even if the exact scope of works is written in the quote... I always say to people its just not possible to make your wood floor look brand new, we can make it look 90-95% better, but if you want/expect it to look better than that then buy a new floor !!
