Looking at a few floors recently that are reading dry but have one or two small areas that read high on moisture meter. Look like old external brick walls that have been taken back and filled in. What's the best way to deal with these? Dpm the whole ground floor of the house or try to seal these small areas? Also would you put a hygrometer over these areas?

Personally I'd put hygrometers down to see what the actual relative humidity is. Also be tempted to epoxy the whole area.

Hmmm, I'm thinking dpm the lot too. Just bought a 25kg tin of Ardex dpm1c. Looks like the bouncing bomb! I got a feeling it's gonna be a nightmare to mix up

It's a piece of cake as long as you use a drill with whisk attachment. You'll just have to pull your finger out once mixed as it soon goes off in the tin!

Just mix it correctly and use the advisedrop size trowel. work quickly though because it will start to off quickly. roller the floor after to ensure even distribution of the DPM. apply to the whole area not just the high reading areas.

and make sure you poor any left into the smaller tin, it's a £1000 fine for disposing it unless its been mixed. Don't leave the lid on either as it'll build pressure and quite funny trying to catch the lid... If your hands are cold hold the bottom of the tin to warm you up..lol

DPM1c does what it says on the tin :) As MJ says..., you can keep your hands warm on what's left in the tin.. :)
If timimings an issue., and you need to get a screed down., DPM1cR..
