Carpenter did the screeding :D ohhhhh no [covers eyes]

Well atleast you are finally getting somewhere now (for now!!)
Stick to your guns and you call the shots anything flooring on that job from now on.

The areas you have fitted so far, how are they holding up? Especially if you have been laying on 'chalk' o_O

    I will

I have an area of about 30m2 that looks a bit worrying where most probably will have to replace the vinyl and screed it properly .

Still have about 500m2 to do but i will do the floor prep from now one .

If you need the work, make sure you get a disclaimer for any of their prep work done by them. Then start fresh doing it the right way.

Hate to say it but it sounds as if you may be lined up for a fall if it goes belly up before you finish. Especially with them on the financial side of it. I.e. Getting paid.
    Good luck

The disclaimer will not be worth the paper it's written on. The judge would view the installer as the expert who should have known it was likely to fail.

This has all the signs of it going wrong in my eyes. I would note all previous installation work separate and anything new you start on regarding this product should be done correctly to minimise the repairs thats probably going to be needed.

Not personally,no, but I know that that is the view a judge will almost certainly view it. The person issuing the disclaimer is not qualified to make the judgement. The installer is. Ask a properly qualified flooring "expert witness" and that is what they will tell you.,
