Nice work lads, been doing shit loads of this lately mainly in the black. Only thing I dont like is the 'bendy border' with that parquet but still looks good. Got 315m2 of this to do next month :(...no border either ffs

Is it easier or more difficult to lay this with a border ?

I prefer to lay this with a border, much quicker for me. Hate having to do ot without because the amount of bloody cuts! Least with the border you can mark over and cut then bevel. Looks better imo

Centre first with all cuts done on a guillotine then full planks of the same colour for the border

    When you say bevel
Do you only bevel certain pieces ?

Cos pieces come bevelled or micro bevelled don't they ?

Anything that's cut is rebeveled exept to the wall obviously. Of your using a design strips they would be 2.5mm karndean parquet is 3mm so the bevel takes the cut down to 2.5
Same with any product with a bevel you use thinner strips

Thanks!, hard to say that either is better than the other, i think the block style looks equally as special and it's what i'd have in my own home, looks proper class and rustic

Not a fan of the 3 block tessellated
Single or double herringbone locks much classier
    Nice job tho @dazlight ;)
