Poor LVT fitting in new builds

    A mate asked me to look at his Karndean he had installed prior to moving into his new build...
    1 metre into the house of picked up 5 or 6 faults.., overall, there were loads.

    The builders (Bloors) told him to phone the company (contractors) who fitted it to get it resolved.. I told him to get the site agent in and get them to chase up the contractors (which he's done). They done some repairs, but it actually looked worse...
    He paid £3.5k.., for what really should of been no more than £2.5k... (my prices)
