What are you using for templating your curves?

My recent LVT job amazed my customer... She asked how I had got the curve so good around the bull-nose, I told her "I used your chapati board"

I've pretty much improvised over the years to form a curve, what do you people use?

Tbo Im not going tell you what I use  but you need to scribe the curve so it follows the same shape of curve that your going around not just use any old round thing

Definitely need to mitre all corners but not within a curve

Not to mention the silicon ?

Nice curve but Only problem is it’s to far away for the edge.

Best to keep it approx the same as the border

Used the radflex on that one.

Never seal it! Keep border consistent

I'm still learning on the LVT. I'm no pro but always appreciate great advice.

I've found the face of most bull-nosed risers are an inconsistent inverted quadrant, they have a flat face in parts. This is why I have used a circular shape to create a quadrant. This is only the second curve I have done, the first being in my own hallway.

Most risers to bull-noses, aren't an exact quadrant. They seem to have a few centimetres of flat face. I reckon this causes the wobble.
