Uzin 630 primer and tilemaster super 30 I know it’s not a manufacturer system but both products work and work very well A lot of screeds will crack over ply especially thinner ply regardless of the compression strength or flex Unless your letting your screed dry for 30 days before laying on them there still drying and not at full strength so aswell as wood doing what it natural does the screed is shrinking all the time where the wood could be expanding Something is going to give at some point
i have been trying instarmac for a year or so now, the 5kg epoxy is the best product they do as it sets fast & size (5kg) cost works the bad... i have tried their new orange suppressit..was told anything can go over it by the rep,,no primer required.. ok..level it smooth ...huge cracks!! happened twice, reps talk way out of it, cold weather, bad batch etc level it 2,,over the epoxy dpm, with a primer,, looked like a plaster had threw a pot of paint over it.. a right mess, took a age to dry! did one last week ,,level it bond,, bitumen ..no primer,,told non needed over bitumen..ok ,looked great when i left.. next day looked like the floor had a disease! had area that wasnt flat..not happy rep gave me a primer to try out over tiles.. ok..happy days..primed it neat twice, waited a hour .. level it smooth.. next day licked the primer had infected the s/c.. rep said bad batch -cold screed.. returned the rest of smooth , replaced what i bought. returning to f ball 300hd monday
Sounds like the responses I got from the reps. My favourite one was try adding a little water to your bag and bottle of it’s not flowing out lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
the flow on the bond was ok,, but the finish was poor & not as level as others on the market.. wont be using it again in a hurry,
I think the consensus is Ultrafloor level it is pretty much a load of rubbish so probably best stop using it a find something else to moan about
Only used ten bags of the stuff come to that conclusion very lively. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
