We have recently done a job in Polyflor Quattro on of Polyflors new ranges. We have tried several times to weld it but the surface just burns. I have spoken to Polyflor who told us the welder was too hot so replaced it and welded it with the welder turned right down but still the same. Has anyone else had the same problem? or any experience with this product?

Sounds like nozzle. Have you tried a PUR nozzle?.. they heat the rod instead of the sheet. I use one for certain products.. took a bit of getting use to tho so suggest having a practice first on a piece of scrap
