Company gone into liquidation

Hi Fellas. Just after some advice off anybody who has had experience of being owed money from a company that has gone in to liquidation. Thanks

 

Yes. In my experience you won't get a penny, hope you weren't owed to much.

That's how I was thinking. Owed a decent sum.

Happened to me.. got sent the usual forms to fill in by the liquidators the size of war and peace but didn’t see a penny. As already stated the solicitors swallow it all up. Sorry but you probably won’t get anything either
