Anyone using roof racks that have the roller attached to the rear? I’ve been using a two bar rack on my last van which worked ok, but wondered if the rollers made life easier?

Roller makes your life a whole lot easier, literally lean the roll against the roller and push onto the roof = job done

Thanks for the reply, I thought they should be easier, just wasn’t sure about how much weight the rollers would take. I’m thinking of this one, I will check about the roller, and if the roller position is adjustable so I can have it extended out over the rear doors to avoid damaging the van. Only negative I see is a full roof rack can reduce the fuel efficiency by 50 miles per tank!

Yeah thats one of the drawbacks I have with one of my vans. Alot of wind noise when high speeds and cant creep under the 2m barrier on low level carparks  other than that I dont really pay much attention to mpg but I have heard the same.

Having the roller is going to help you big time. I sometimes put 120kg+ rolls on my rhino roof rack and the roller is faultless. Its so much easier to get it on the roof. Just a case of getting one end on it, lift and push and your on.
