With all these new adhesives about what’s everyone using these days ? I’m mostly Uzin KE66 and sometimes KE2000s Still use F44 a bit on Polysafe and the F60
I've just started using uzin 2428 as a general purpose glue, it's brilliant. I use the ke66 for high temp areas also really good.
KE49, f44, AF175 are the only adhesives I use these days. KE49 being my main user F60....ohhh those were the days
UZIN IS RUBBISH!! For my shops usually: Karndean Universal Karndean PS Amtico PS Amtico HT Extra My Jobs: Universal F48 And yes shock horror I still use F46 it has its uses. (Joking about Uzin guys, calm yourself’s haha) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Karndean Universal is Uzin KE66! I use; Uzin - Ke66, 2000S Balls - F44, F49 and F60 Ardex LVT adhesive
Universal is the old formula of ke66 The stuff in the uzin bucket has smaller fibers and an extended open time
Uzin ke49ht definitely not suitable for south facing conservatory. After numerous attempts to deal with complaint communications were very poor with uzin. Once they inspected they didn’t want to know. On the matter they claimed problems were late placement of tiles into adhesive. I personally dry fitted x4 rows of planks at a time and placed into wet glue. Sent them pics to prove it. I Gave up in the end replaced the floor myself different products no problems since.
Yes in hindsight but according to uzin and the way this adhesive is advertised it should of been suitable for the job and it clearly isn’t. After the experience of trying to deal with them from now on I’d personally prefer to use f-ball
I always use fball’s top company, out of interest which adhesive are you using now for south facing conservatory’s etc? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
