Or just wrong.? I had an expensive, patterned carpet fitted on my landing and stairs recently and whiĺlst I'm happy with the stair runner, the landing carpet pattern is way off as it runs gradually to one side. The fitter said this is normal because if the pattern on the landing was straight it would not line up with the stairs!? I think this is b.s., surly the pattern on a landing should run straight and then the stairs should match the pattern off the landing. I'm trying to list a pic but it's too large. Am I wrong?
Depends if your builder built your landing and staircase parallel lol. Set a laser line through the stairs and landing and see if it’s square Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
