What would of done.
Told a customer to get the builder back as dpc is breached and needs sorting.
It had been raining a hour or 2.

 

Has the door not been sealed/on the outside?

Hi , check the mastic underneath the cill on the exterior, the gap underneath the cill is difficult to get and often missed out .
