    Any advice guys, is sisal on stairs a good idea?, is it not too slippery

    Think a few people turn it sideways on the stairs but that just looks weird

    It's fine to be installed on stairs. Just make the customer aware of the specific way it needs to be fitted and the fact it is a natural product so imperfect characteristics are all part of the look.

    Yes, Sisal can be used on stairs especially when professionally installed. Many people think that sisal cannot be used on stairs but thats not true.

    Nice mate. Do you gripper and underlay the whole step? Do you turn the sides or just cut it and tuck it?

    Theres no problem with sisal on stairs , its seagrass that's not recommended

    Once did seagrass when i was an apprentice on a hsl and 2 rooms for a shop run by a moron who had no clue about carpet and only charged them normal fitting rate,and we had to f3 it. Still having nightmares :D
