    Personally, I'd go for a rigid core/spc, LG,lifestyle floors and I'm sure someone can recommend others, you are probably looking around £38sqm, but if your floor is fairly good, you save on prep and fitting, plus it's quicker to fit

    A decent rigid click would be fine, alternatively a glue down lvt, decent wear layer, .55 or more, surface scratches will still happen etc but keep with a maintenance kit and it will come up as new for many years.

    Yeah like having rubber tiles through out your house is going to make it feel homely hey :rolleyes:

    I wouldnt buy online unless you have a fitter lined up. Getting a fitter is the bottleneck.

    Try calling commercial fitters you never know some of them might do a smallish job.
