Why do you reckon this screed is a different shade? It seems flat enough for laminate but dont know why the colour difference. View attachment 10587
Sometimes you can lay 2 units of exatly the same gear mixed exactly the same way and it dries slightly different colours It could also be how evenly the subfloor was primed Aslong as its sound bonded and dry it shouldn't be anything to worry about
Possibly just slightly more water in that mix, although I use one, i think it was an ultra one and different bags were completely different colours
may just be the case of not mixing it as much? could be a multitude of different things. As someone said as long as not cracking or and it's no different to the rest of it apart from the colour then I wouldn't worry too much especially if you're floating a floor on it.
It's not just ke49 can happen with any compound It's chemistry and many different variants that are hard to or out of our control Where not working in laboratory conditions so nothing will ever be 100% perfect everytime
