Could anyone advise on a good kicker for carpet?

I'm getting older and beginning to worry about my knees more and was wondering what is the kindest carpet kicker on the knees, I've been using mine for 25 years and it was second hand when I got it. thanks.

I was thinking about getting one of those, i finally changed mine last year, i got the pro gel but just don't like it

 

I'm trying to get back into doing more carpet because doing hard flooring makes my knees ache, whereas I've never had any problems with them doing carpet, but i suppose everyone is different

 

I don’t like the massive pad. I changed it for my old one. It’s smaller and taken a kicking for years so nicely soften up.

Crain 525 is the best, ive had 2 gt2000, good but both broke in the same place. Have the gel back crain one and its ok for tight areas but thats about it. The 525 is the best by far, ive even turned other fitters over to it.

 

I'm due to pick one of these up, had enough of my battered Robert's and talking to a few of the everyday fluff stickers and they said the same. Says the crane feels more sturdy and better on the knee.

Its the longest stretcher so the leverage helps, never had crain tool fail on me.
