Back and neck agony

    so my back went on the weekend on the first bucket of 25 bags of screed . then today my neck seized up .
    Tomorrow I’m due to start a job involving moving furniture . Iv no idea how I’m going to manage to be honest , struggled to fit round a wc today because I can’t flex my neck .
    It’s going to be a long sore week
