    Hi all,

Have Amtico floor down and about to replace the skirting so that it sits on top of the LVT. Question is shoudl the skirting sit on top of the LVT or is it best to leave to a tiny (0.5mm?) gap? Thanks all.

If the lvt is a stick down then it’s not required mate

You'll most likely find it wont sit flush anyway...

Unless they're mdf skirtings you'll find they shrink a bit anyway

Thanks all - skirting is mdf and will fit flush. Cheers.

A tiny gap 0.5mm lol. You wouldn’t see it.
