    Hi all,

Just visited a customer who has a concrete floor with what appears to be a bitumen DPM, only problem the last fitter has nailed gripper all around the edges...

They are thinking of having LVT and an indicative damp test says it's all ok (I know I need to do a proper one if they go ahead) but I'm worried about future problems.. Would we need to allow for a full coverage DPM or can it be patched?

    Thanks,

I was afraid that’s the answer. I suspect even if it can be patched it would cost just as much labour wise.
