OK so apparently it might be an MVS DPM? Does that mean anything?

It means they could of put it down and levelled in one day. Did they put 2 coats down?

No idea. Getting info out of him is tough. I I asked for specific products used.. Apparently he's on holiday now and will have to get back to me

Could you see in the photos I posted whether there's a DPM or would it be underneath that layer?

You should be able to tell when you have a chunk of that screed up.

Well hopefully when I get the independent assessment they'll be able to figure it out.

So far I have no idea:

    If he used a DPM
    What products he used
    Whether he prepped completely wrong
    Etc
    Etc

I just checked the weather during the install and the temperature over the 2 days in November was between - 3 and 7 celcius.

I also read that the flooring should be installed at a much higher ambient temperature. The flat wasnt lived in at all during this time so I wouldn't be surprised if the room temperature was closer to that.
Any likelihood this could've affected things or is this something else I need to add to the maybe list?

    Just an update.

    Apparently products used:

mvs 95 is the DPM and
mapie trade is the latex that was put down everywhere but the kitchen where "ardex na" was used.

    Were the above products correct?

    Thanks

Mate you will like it,it flows really well and cheaper than NA. Still like Ardex especially if it’s in a system and it’s good in the cold
