I'm updating kitchen and bathroom flooring in a rental flat and will be using regupol 4515 multi underneath sheet vinyl to make it compliance with soundproofing rules in the lease. Can anyone recommend a suitable adhesive that will make future replacement of just sheet vinyl (not regupol) a easier job in future? (I'm assuming the floor would need a replacement every few years because tenants have selected a nice looking but cheap vinyl with wear layer only 0.2mm).
