    Hi,
My builder and my floor layer wont take any responsibility for the ripples going throught our karndean flooring. Its a 50m2 space with Karndean layed on plywood. It’s the plywood that has started to ripple underneath the karndean. Both are blaming each other (poor quality ply vs should have applied latex) and Im left with a shoddy floor. Please could anyone help with expertise and advice on what can be done? TIA!

Looks like 6mm ply has been used on top of really bad floorboards with no additional preparation.

@Chach floor needs taking up and starting again....this time you'll need to get a professional fitter to do it properly.
Planks won't be salvageable so start the ball rolling with your builder and 'so called' fitter....Good luck with that.

How exactly did they fix the ply to the concrete anyway?
