I’ve come across a subfloor of floorboards and the damp test is off the meter.
First time I’ve had it and not be a concrete floor. Any ideas on a product to put down?

    Thanks guys

It’s got to be sorted. If you cover it the floor will Rot. Last one we had like that was battens set in concrete. Floorboards nailed to the battens. We had it all lifted out and then had the concrete covered with a slurry dpm. The levelled with NA and installed cement board over the top

If it’s that wet on a suspended floor your in trouble. Will be in the joists. Could be walls or blocked airflow maybe?

    Noo don't DPM wood

Checked the air bricks on the outside of the property to see if there blocked If so unblock them. It may be a case of letting it dry out or helping it dry with a dehumidifier

You need to get under the floor and check for damp rot Some or maybe all joists or boards may need replacing
