    Hello

We like both the Invictus Cassius and Cormar Primo Grande carpets but which is the better quality carpet?

It will be for bedrooms and hallway/stairs as they are both coming in at the same price

    many thanks

Invictus goes flat and cormar delaminates. Good luck with those. Make sure you register your carpets so you have some sort of warranty

That doesn’t seem like a vote of confidence in those carpets :) Which other polypropylene carpets should I be looking at which are similar in feeling/style to the two mentioned above?

Surprised with the cormar statement as we’ve had primo ultra for 10 years and it’s been great

I hear that a lot and primo ultra has been going a long time and is one of the better ranges but I also see a lot of delaminated cormar carpets. Victoria is better quality and Abingdon,

Thanks which range of Abingdon or Victoria is similar to the Primo Grande or Invictus Cassius?

Also what is the best underlay to go with these? Is Cloud9 Cumulus 11mm overrated?

Just keep in mind the thicker the carpet the more pile there is to crush which will show up the flattening worse over time especially on stairs.

Personally I love Victoria Heartland and Aura. Both very nice and about the same price point.

Ball & Young Crystal & Caviar 9mm for me as a great underlay. It’s fast becoming my favourite.
