Has anyone fitted any high tex cushionfloor, we get through A+A,it's a felt back and when it creases, it seems to crush the felt and it's doesn't seem possible to get the crease out again

Not had problems with any others, tried the usual heating and roller, tried lifting the edge and stretching it while heating, makes no difference, i creased one of the samples in the swatch, a month later, the crease is still there, just had to refund a customer more than i made on a 7.5m kitchen

That’s crap. The best thing about feltback vinyl is it’s not meant to crease! Usually find them much more forgiving

I fitted a full ground floor of a house with it, when I got back to the shop that sold them it I threw their samples in the bin.
    Horrible stuff to fit

I found the thinner (and cheaper) felt backs are fine. The more “high end” or thicker ones are awful

I think the thick felt is the problem, the vinyl surface if fine, it just seems to leave hollow spots wherever the felt creases, the rep actually called in this morning, he didn't look happy, when he saw all his vinyl books stacked in the warehouse, well if they're not going to guarantee their products, I'm not going to sell them
