Been to look at a job today which is a 'lockdown garage conversion' into a bar.
Customer wants the industrial look and has chosen Expona Stone Concrete range...

I've priced up the usual prep involving a dpm but she's just told me her heating plan has changed, she's no longer having the garage door bricked up and using blow heaters 'as and when'

I'm concerned about it being too cold for lvt with the shrinking side of things so think I'll sway her to the sheet method.

It's a 11yr old build, bigger than the standard single garage and she's having patio doors put in the side. Was originally going to have heating put in there but cost

What's your thoughts jedi's  will the lvt stand up to the challenge you think or better off with sheet method?

As above. Use an epoxy or ms polymer and it won’t go anywhere! Another vote for af2575 from me

    Thanks again lads,
I assume it same procedure as the 'wet set' method?
Last time I used epoxy glue for tiles was 2006!

For the price of f49 I may aswell go that bit more 'bulletproof' with the epoxy.
I've got 3 F49's in my unit aswell but would it be up for the job with the cold temps?

Good luck mate. At least it’s tiles so you can always grout it

F49 is epoxy based (and very good tbf) but I’m not sure if it would be as good as ardexs af2575. That really is shit to a blanket!
