Hi, I'm blade, new carpet and flooring fitter

I started working with a carpet and flooring company a couple months ago, and wanted to join this forum so I can continue to learn more

 

Welcome to the forum blade. What kind of work do you do?

 

I've been learning to fit carpets, LVT, laminate, vinyl, and some contract flooring too. Also working one day a week in the shop. Up to scratch on underlaying and grippering, learning more with screening and all that good stuff.

Wecome. I started 4 days with fitters and one day in the shop. The shop is a great way to learn measuring, planning, pricing etc, all helps when you get on your own
