    Hi everyone,

Looking at changing the carpet in my rental property which I may re rent, sell or maybe move in myself.

What would people recommend that's a good durable bleach cleanable carpet.

Is Victoria Carpets First Impressions good?

Its only a 1 bed house with carpet up stairs, small landing and bedroom.

Yeah it’s really good. As long as the tenants look after it. Maybe go a lower pile like Victoria heartland

Primo ultra is ok but Victoria is better
Heartland ultra Is thicker and softer I’d say they would both last well get a high density underlay like Treadaire Chromium

Rule of thumb carpets wear through friction so denser the pile the better longer the pile more prone to premature flattening (generally speaking, there are other factors to consider but carpets from the same manufacturer using the same materials it’s a good place to start).

  10. Did you used polypropylene carpet? It is bleach cleanable.
