I have a customer with a powersports showroom and I'm pretty sure the floor is LVP. It has tire marks and areas around desks that are extremely worn by chairs rolling on them.

The owner wants the floor cleaned and wants it to shine. He requested waxing it but my understanding is it is not recommended to wax LVP.

Would appreciate any recommendations on best way to clean and bring back a shine.

I was thinking of using a square scrub with either a red or melamine pad and neutral cleaner....?

    Thanks in advance.f

Polyflor will have some good advice on maintenance if it’s LVT your talking about?

Lvp are not suitable in car showrooms due to plasticise migration

Thanks - but I’ve been asked to clean the floor - not
    replace it.

  8. You can make a simple, effective cleaner for vinyl floors by mixing apple cider vinegar with water. The vinegar's acidity removes dirt without leaving a soapy film.

You can also use this to treat genital warts at home. Or so I've been told by a friend. Oh, bloody hell! Christopher Shannon! is that really you? I was just talking about you and your "problem" - small world, eh?
