Got to make these look pretty somehow.
Treads and risers in lvt. I'm plying them aswel so I can have them as a box or with a lip, but it's staying open on the side.
I'm after nosings ideas to go right up the side and obviously on the nose. He's not keen on chrome though, something colour match???
Side walls getting plastered and painted.

Possibly extend the treads out slightly and use aliwrap nosings all round with a small return piece at the back and the premier divider to finish the edge of the riser, that's providing they want to pay that much

I'm doing a similar thing next week, on a tiled step,i originally used a bendybull, but the mitred corners are a bit sharp,I'm going to put a 18mm ply tread on top, to give me an overhang to fasten the nosing to

I'm not sure how much extra i need to allow for the nosing yet, I'll just put the nosing on the edge of the ply and measure how much it goes over, then add that plus the thickness of the the korlok I'm using, to the nett size of the tread

The picture begs the question "why would you have a stair case up to a solid brick wall?" Am I missing something here?

Lol, had to cut it down in the screenshot to upload. At the top is his kitchen, the bottom is like a little snug as he calls it.

I thought the same but after staring at it a few times I realised you can just see there's light
