First of all this is my personal home. This will be my first lvt install after attending floorskills level 1 course. I’m looking for opinions on raising my subfloor up by 19mm including product (2.5mm lvt)

The area is my kitchen with a wooden subfloor. So far I’ve only really come up with one option, using a cheaper 12mm ply, then sp101 5.5mm ply on top with the 2.5mm lvt to finish.[IMG]

What's the reason for rasing it the 19mm?
    To match your lounge?
