Had the kitchen floor done in sheet cushion flooring, found a few largish bubbles and deepish line marks when the sun shone across it. After 3 months of, 'It will settle' and pictures sent to Rhino they came back yesterday and laid a new piece, they do a neat good job, however, we now have marks and a large bubble in a different area.
Most google solutions say it is air trapped underneath or damp. This is 100% not the issue!! What do you guys think? I always thought rhino flooring was good, now not sure if this is a manufacturing problem or the fitters.

Air bubble when laid...needs pushing but unless you want to pin hole it then it'll need pulling back.

Was the sheet fully adhered? Or sprayed round the edges?

Sprayed around edges, and the bubble is about 6 inches from a cut edge, I can push out the air, but it just comes straight back. Don't think it is caused by air. When i say bubble, it is a raised area about12 inches long and about 3 inches wide, you can push it flat but it just comes straight back up.

Needs some spray glue under it to keep it down..

OK spoke to the company today about the creases and bubble, he went on for ages saying how difficult laying around an island and sometimes it can happen when they try to fold it around, also said how the manufacturers (rhino) are all having their own issues with workers and general standards, he asked if we would give it a while to see if they 'settle'.

This is the second piece and our kitchen has been half dismantled since November.

They did offer to pay us back and take it away, but we just don't want more hassle, I think they are winning and wearing us down!!!!

    Floor is Rhino Tarkett sheet.

The floor is not the problem, as many flooring guys have said, I'm also a retired builder and know my stuff. I personally think the 'bubble' has been caused by the fitters who put glue around the perimeter about 5 inches wide and didn't flatten the cushion flooring before pushing it onto the glue.
But hey, what do I know!!!

If it is just the fitters put a twist in it then just pull it back and fully glue it down. Easy fix. As long as your sub floor has been prepped right

If it’s not smooth it will show through. If it has any moisture it will bubble again
