SITE WORK, Carpet fitters needed in Walthamstow for Barratt London

Afternoon Guys,

I work for a company called Superior Refurbishments

I have a Block of 10 Floors that needs flat carpets fitted ASAP. Joins required in Places.
Flats up to 100m²

Materials will be brought to site by us and materials are to be brought up by site.

If anyone knows any local fitters that would be great. Needs a Valid CSCS card. Work is in ULEZ

Just normal Abingdon Stainfree Decor carpets.

What rate are you paying Colin ? Is it gross or net M sq.
We are busy at the moment but I know a few local ish guys

 

So we pay £4 per m2 net £20 per flat for sticking gripper

No worries, just out of interest what would those guys be looking for?

 

For me, london prices being considered and including glueing gripper. £6sqm

Already getting £5.50sqm on houses for site work. £4sqm is like 10+years ago prices

With the cost of working in London, unless your getting those sort of rates, in just not worth it.
We have some nice local work, with free parking and it still pays £5
I don`t actually know any firms that pay less than a fiver now.
