I had Karndean Van Gogh fitted in my kitchen and hall last week from a Karndean approved supplier with good reviews. Unfortunately it was a bit of a disaster with edges not stuck down, problem where carpet met Karndean, skirting popping out at top where ply pushed in too tight. They have been back a couple of times and resolved the issues but I can still see what I can only assume are scuffs glue on a couple of planks whenever I go into the hall. My husband thinks they did replace these planks as they were one of the original problems but I still see it. Am I being too fussy, very expensive outlay not to be perfect in my opinion.The area is to the right of the picture.
Yes I have. Just been into the shop and someone is coming to look at this and the mat well which isn’t square!
