Hi I have just been quoted for 30m2 of Kardean Van Gogh for prep and complete fit at £3,325. The floor will have to be completely covered with a 50/50 mix of 18 and 12mm ply to level up due to the current floor not suitable for screeding. They aim to complete the work in 2-3 days The main breakdown coming at £950 for the ply, £900 for the fit and £1,475 for the flooring and other materials. Initially the price seems however a little excessive however would like to know if this in fact a rough ball park figure? I can appreciate the costs of most things has gone up excessively in the past year so any responses of approximate costs from tradesmen would be appreciated. Thanks
Depending on where the job is but these figures are correct. the way things are going you would be better off using gold to prep the floor rather than ply !
