I have a wood subfloor (no underfloor heating) and am laying 10mm laminate planks.

However, under the subfloor is a concrete base and between is a foam insulation with channels for the rad pipes.

Every article I read on the subject offers different advice. 3mm, 5mm built in vapour barrier or no barrier.

    Any suggestions?

At around £8 psm its half my flooring budget. I was thinking of something like Diall Polyolefin Foam & Film Underlay. Its 3mm and one roll will cover my needs; however, I'm unsure of using anything suitable for underfloor heating due to its low tog value.

Just use a cheap foam one with no Barrier on it as you don’t need one.
